Who am I?
Elisabeth Willems was born in 1999 in Aalst. From the age of 3 she already had a pencil in her hands. She grew up in a warm family whose mother is an art teacher. In other words, art was given to her with the bottle. In primary school it was soon discovered that Elisabeth had dyslexia and had a very hard time with language. But what also struck me was that she was extremely creative.
In 2013, she was sent by train to Sint Lukas Brussels art humanities. 1 year later her father unfortunately passed away, which caused a creative breakdown. As a result, she changed from school to the art academy in Aalst. Here she graduated in Fine arts.


After a difficult period, she started studying visual design in Ghent at Luca School of Arts. Here she obtained her bachelor's degree in studio still. Where a focus is placed on illustration with an initiation to animation. During this direction she discovered her passion for animation film. As a result, she continued her studies in animation film.
